Additionally, share information about the audio equipment you will be using for the music. We will work together to set a suitable time slot for the performance. If it’s a mixed environment, inform us accordingly, and let us know if there are any sensitive considerations, such as a pregnant guest or people with specific preferences. Share any necessary details about parking arrangements or road closures that might impact the artist’s arrival.
